We were not notified about a party being held in the common areas, leading to chaos upon our arrival. Adding to the frustration, the kitchen facilities were mismanaged, culminating in an unpleasant altercation with another guest who wasted our wine, and the owner's dismissive reaction to our complaint left us feeling utterly disrespected.

I was almost going to give this place a good review, except for the lack of proper communication about events. I arrived to chaos on new year's eve. The shoe situation, with cold, tiled floors in winter? Absurd! I would have expected slippers at such a so-called luxury place. Disappointing all around, really.

Albergo Diffuso Ca' Spiga offers an really good stay, highlighted by its authentic Italian charm and amazing views of Lake Como. The communication was excellent, with clear directions and a warm welcome upon arrival. The breakfast was superb, with local pastries and fresh meats, and the hosts were attentive, remembering our preferences. The wine cellar and jacuzzi added to the unique experience.

The mattress in the first room was worn out on one side.

The view of the lake was stunning. the room was gorgeous and spotless. - the hotel was in a tranquil and ideal location on a hill with a completely sublime view of the lake. Overall, my stay at 'Ca Spiga' in Laglio was very enjoyable. the view of the lake from the hotel was breathtaking, and the room was beautiful and impeccably clean. the peaceful location on a hilltop provided a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to relax and take in the stunning scenery of the lake.

Just a decent option for a getaway in Laglio with very good value for money. The breakfast outside each morning was a nice touch, with different local treats. Try to arrive early to enjoy the scenic views from the terrace before it gets busy.
